We are Ellie Denver West: an outpatient therapy clinic in Denver West dedicated to providing excellent mental health services to our community and supporting one another while doing so. As a clinician within our clinic, you’ll partner with us and co-lead our mission by:

1. Providing excellent and individualized care to community members in search of mental health support.
2. Building and cultivating a culture of purpose, authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
3. Collaborating to ensure our clinic is truly accessible, effective, and well-regarded in our community.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Create and implement treatment plans, complete necessary documentation within a week of service, participate in supervision and consultation as needed.
2. Full-time clinicians are expected to conduct 25 hours of client contact per week.
3. Coordinate services as needed with other internal and external providers.
4. Attend and participate in all staff meetings and trainings.
5. Participate in outreach efforts as needed.
6. Identify innovative ways to fill need gaps and best serve our community.
7. Collaborate with leadership to meet company and individual goals.

Required Qualifications:

1. Completed Master's degree in a license-eligible field (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Etc.).
2. Registered with DORA as a fully licensed clinician (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
3. Experience with completing clinical documentation.
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlines.
6. Comfort and familiarity working with clients with a diverse range of concerns.
7. Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
8. Ability to pass a background check.
9. Comfort with the natural ambiguity and excitement of a start-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience (lived or professional) with historically marginalized communities.
2. Experience (lived or professional) with Veterans or servicemembers.
3. Currently paneled or credentialed with an insurance provider(s).
4. Multi-lingual.
5. Experience working in community, group, or private practice mental health.
6. Additional clinical expertise (e.g. EMDR, IFS, etc.).
7. Current community involvement.
8. Identify as a creative interventionist.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Hourly pay which honors all of your time.

4. 20 hours of paid continuing education time + access to continuing ed + annual continuing ed stipend.
5. Flexible schedule & time off.

This position is located in Lakewood near the Colorado Mills shopping center. Insurance paneling can take anywhere from 60 - 90 days. You are welcome to take self-pay clients while awaiting credentialing.
