Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for a full-time on-site role at 200 Liberty Street South, Estill, SC 29918. You will implement treatment plans, assist with daily living activities, and guide exercises to improve independence.

Collaborative care and patient-centered outcomes are emphasized in a supportive setting. Qualifications include an OTA associate degree and state licensure; new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an OTA program is required.
• Current OTA license in the state of practice is required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional tasks.
• Guide therapeutic exercises to improve independence.
• Observe and report patient progress to the OT.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Support interdisciplinary care planning and treatment goals.
