Job summary

Relient Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Bowie, MD. This full-time role offers a direct-hire path within a collaborative therapy team, focusing on delivering patient-centered care in a SNF setting.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate families and caregivers on therapy goals. MD licensure (or eligibility) is required, with strong communication and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current MD license in Maryland or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed; educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
