Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting.
• Promote patient independence with ADLs, functional tasks, mobility, and safety.
• Collaborate with COTAs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers.
