Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of CA to work in the SNF / LTC setting. This is a contract position with 5x8 days schedule.

The role requires 1 year of SNF/LTC experience and current CA OT licensure. Centra offers mileage reimbursement where applicable, weekly pay, 401(k) with matching, CEU reimbursement, credentialing

• 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in SNF/LTC.
• Current (or in-process) CA OT license.
