Qualifications

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
• Proficiency with documentation standards for SNF settings, including Medicare/Medicaid documentation practices.
• Ability to perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and implement OT interventions for geriatric/medically complex patients.
