Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed clinical therapist in California to serve individuals, teens, and couples in a hybrid model (in person and telehealth).

You will provide clinical therapy services, focusing on matching clients by clinical interests and fit, with an emphasis on evidence-based approaches such as CBT.

Weekly consultation, skills groups, and couples-specific supervision are offered, while our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, intake, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) or associate registration required.
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required.
• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred.
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities).
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus).
