Target Optical in Franklin, TN is seeking a Licensed Optician committed to delivering the Target Optical Way and an exceptional Guest Experience. You will embrace the Mindsets: People Focused, Collaborative, and Results-Driven while accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable eyewear.

In this full-time role, you will meet the daily sales goal through flawless service, build brand awareness by attracting Guests to Optical, and collaborate with the Target Optical doctor and Host.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed as required by state.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the daily sales goal by flawless execution of the Guest Experience behaviors.
• Builds Brand awareness by daily attracting new Guests from the Host to Optical.
• Develops and maintains a professional business partnership with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host.
• Creates an amazing Guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable product to Guests.
• Ensures accuracy in all transactions/interactions with the Guest.
