Job summary

Eyetastic Services® in Virginia seeks a licensed optician to join our energetic optical team. You will deliver hands-on sales on the retail floor, help customers find the best optical solutions, and mentor teammates to raise service standards.

This in-person role emphasizes customer care, collaboration, and growth within a forward-thinking practice. Applicants should hold a Virginia Optician license or ABO certification and have at least one year of optical experience.

Qualifications

• Virginia Optician license or ABO certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of optical sales or dispensing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Experience in retail or healthcare team environment.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members.
• Availability to work weekdays between 9am and 7pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on sales expertise on the retail floor, connecting with customers and helping them find the best optical solutions
• Share your knowledge and experience to coach and uplift coworkers
• Play an active role in daily department operations, bringing efficiency and innovation to every shift
• Set and maintain exceptional standards for customer service, ensuring every guest leaves happy
