Eyemart Express is seeking a Licensed Optician to help patients select frames, lenses, and coatings, ensuring accurate measurements for our lab team and supervising the production and dispensing of glasses in-store.

The role offers competitive base pay ($23-$28/hour) plus incentives and a full benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401k match, disability coverage, life insurance, and licensing support for ongoing career growth.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Optical industry experience and current state License.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service
• Stay informed about sales, promotions, and company policies
• Process payments and refunds using our Point of Sale system
• Educate patients on eyeglass care
• Process insurance claims
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Create and manage patient files with confidentiality in mind
• Interpret prescription requirements
• Take necessary measurements, prepare work orders, and inspect final products for accuracy
• Adjust and repair frames as needed
• Price, stock, and organize merchandise
