Job summary

National Vision operates Vista Optical on military exchanges across the United States, serving military personnel and families with on-base eyewear and value pricing. The role focuses on dispensing eyewear, delivering exceptional service, and meeting store goals while maintaining records and inventory.

You will mentor Apprentice Opticians where permitted by law and contribute to a positive, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Hold an active dispensing license as required by the state.
• 3+ years related experience or training (required).
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills with the ability to meet store goals.
• Organized, detail-minded, and able to multitask in a busy setting.
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with a variety of people.
