Job summary

Compensation includes hourly pay for unlicensed ($20–$30) or licensed ($25–$40) positions, plus a 3% sales commission, 401(k) with match after 1 year, PTO, and employee discounts. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed NY Optician (licensed and unlicensed positions available).
• Strong experience in optical or luxury retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent sales and client service skills; self-driven and dependable.
• Ability to build relationships and manage a personal book of business.
• Strong eyewear adjustment and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill eyewear prescriptions with precision.
• Guide patients through frame and lens selection for style and function.
• Perform fittings, adjustments, and troubleshooting for eyewear.
• Deliver a high-end luxury sales and client experience.
• Build and manage a personal book of business.
