Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using optical knowledge and meet patient needs.
• Stay informed about sales, promotions, and company policies.
• Process payments and refunds using the Point of Sale system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and lens options.
• Process insurance claims accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and inventory.
• Create and manage confidential patient files.
• Interpret prescription requirements for production.
• Take measurements, prepare work orders, and ensure final products meet specifications.
• Adjust and repair frames as needed.

As a Licensed Optician, you'll guide patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings tailored to their needs. You'll ensure accurate measurements and prescription information for our lab technicians, oversee the production process, and provide personalized care when dispensing glasses to patients.

Earning Potential: The earning potential for this role is competitive, inclusive of base pay ($25.00 - 32.00) and incentives.
