Responsibilities

• Delivers the daily sales goal by flawless execution of the Guest Experience behaviors.
• Ensures a simple, fun, in-style fashion experience through the Playground Rules.
• Builds Brand awareness by attracting Guests from the Host to Optical.
• Maintains professional partnership with Target Optical doctor and Target Host.
• Fits and dispenses fashionable products to Guests with accurate measurements.
• Adheres to all operating policies and merchandising programs.
