Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Optician in the Fairfax area to deliver the Target Optical guest experience and accurate eyewear dispensing. The role focuses on achieving daily sales goals while maintaining a stylish, guest-first shopping journey.

You will work with the Target Optical doctor and Host teams, follow store policies, and perform precise transactions. A high school diploma and state licensing are required, with 1+ year retail or guest-service

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.

• Meet daily sales goals through flawless guest experience.
• Provide a simple, fun, in-style fashion experience.
• Grow brand awareness by attracting guests from Host to Optical.
• Maintain a professional partnership with the Target Optical doctor and Host.
• Model the Target Optical Personal Style Dress Code.
• Fit and dispense fashionable products accurately.
• Follow operating policies, including marketing/merchandising programs and accurate transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions and guest interactions.
