Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to work as an optician in the state and keep license up to date and active.
• High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies order data entry, compares Rx to original Rx provided from the doctor ensuring accuracy.
• Delivers sales by providing excellent Member service in person and over the phone.
• Takes measurements, assists with frame selection and Rx power, and handles payments.
• Maintains privacy and HIPAA compliance and supports opening/closing procedures.
