Job summary

America’s Best is seeking an Optician to dispense eyewear and contact lenses, train customers in lens insertion, and provide exceptional service that supports store goals.

The role involves maintaining patient records, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment while mentoring Apprentice Opticians as allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Active dispensing license as required by state.
• 3+ years related experience or training (required).
• Previous retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills with the ability to meet store goals.
• Organized, detail-minded, and able to multitask in a busy setting.
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with a variety of people.

Responsibilities
