Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers with a warm welcome and explains the process.
• Custom fits glasses and places prescription accurately.
• Leads with optical acumen and supports associates.
• Takes and records measurements, ensures eyewear meets standards.
• Attracts new customers and explores needs with questions.
• Utilizes store tools and adheres to Brand Store Commitments.
• Maintains store appearance and handles safety opportunities.
