Our Client in Waldorf, Maryland is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a permanent on-site role. The position offers a direct-hire opportunity with a pay rate of $27.00–$32.00 per hour and requires Maryland licensure or eligibility.

You will implement the treatment plan under supervision, support daily living skills, document progress, and collaborate with the rehab team to align goals with daily activities. 40 hours/week, day shifts, with weekend rotation.

Qualifikationen

• Maryland OT Assistant licensure or eligibility, with licensure required before practice.
• Clinical judgement and clear communication with patients and team.
• Ability to implement plans under supervision by an occupational therapist.
