Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Utah seeks licensed therapists to provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy for older adults within EmpowerMe 360. You’ll assess residents, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.

This role emphasizes empowering seniors to stay independent and safe, with a predictable schedule, opportunities for leadership and professional growth, and a supportive culture that values hands-on community engagement.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
