As part of the team, you’ll be the trusted guide for seniors, delivering evidence-based therapy services, coordinating care, and supporting wellness checks in collaboration with a multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
