EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking therapists to join a senior-focused care team delivering physical, occupational, and speech therapies. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions within a collaborative setting to support residents in staying independent and safe.

The role emphasizes coordination with caregivers, telehealth support, and community engagement while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
