Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults within our EmpowerMe 360 program. You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team, helping residents stay independent and engaged in their communities.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
