Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current license in the state of Illinois or eligibility to practice.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification, if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all physician orders.
