Job summary

Tier1usa is partnering with Colorado-based clinical teams to place an Occupational Therapist in a remote-capable role. You’ll provide direct OT services and collaborate with school staff to support student goals.

Active OT license in multiple states and NBCOT certification are required, with at least 1 year in a school setting. We value flexible scheduling and comfort with time-zone differences, plus pro tech skills.

What you’ll do

• Compensation is $40-48 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions
• You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
