Oakwood Heights Village in Oil City, PA is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with a focus on quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active PA NHA license, a bachelor’s in Healthcare or Business Administration (master’s preferred), and at least 3 years in long-term care with leadership experience; strong regulatory knowledge, strategic operations, and staff development are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a current and active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a long-term care facility, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing facilities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to resident-centered care and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, regulatory agencies, and the broader community.
  • Prepare for and lead facility inspections and surveys.
  • Analyze reports and data to improve operational effectiveness and resident care.

Position Overview:

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, ensuring quality resident care, financial stability, and staff engagement.
