The role requires an active state Administrator license, deep knowledge of state and federal regulations, strong leadership and financial acumen, and a passion for compassionate care of the elderly and disabled.

Qualifications

• Requires current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and the ability to manage the state and federal survey process.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement.
• Experience in marketing, special care programs, and ancillary service management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Operations: Ensure smooth, compliant operation aligned with corporate standards and regulations.

In this role, you will:
