You will partner with nursing and clinical leadership to drive exceptional resident care, census growth, and financial performance while cultivating a culture of accountability and resident‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Ohio LNHA license is required.
• Proven leadership experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Ohio regulations governing SNF and LTC.
• Experience with survey readiness, quality measures, resident rights, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage people, priorities, and operations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all facility operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and facility leadership.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and resident-centered workplace culture.
• Ensure high-quality care and an exceptional resident/family experience.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing SNFs.
• Partner with nursing and clinical leadership to support strong outcomes and quality measures.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, labor, and operational efficiencies.
• Drive census growth and collaborate with admissions, marketing, and business development.
• Recruit, develop, engage, and retain high-performing team members.
• Monitor metrics and implement action plans when needed.
• Maintain survey readiness and proactively address compliance and quality concerns.
• Build relationships with residents, families, employees, partners, and community.
