RAM Recruiting seeks a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and drive quality of care in a Springfield, Ohio-area facility. As LNHA/NHA-certified leader, you will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a compassionate, resident-centered environment for seniors and families.

You will report to the leadership team, partner with families and staff, and champion growth and professional development while maintaining high standards of safety

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA/NHA).
• 2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
