Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead overall operations of a long-term care and post-acute facility. You will oversee regulatory compliance, budgets, staffing, quality metrics, and resident satisfaction while embodying our faith-based, mission-driven culture.

You will partner with clinical and therapy teams to advance person-centered care, strong survey outcomes, and census growth, mentoring leaders, engaging families, and fostering a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in Indiana or eligibility for licensure
• Experience leading long-term care or post-acute facilities
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and survey processes
