In this role you will mentor staff, build community relationships, manage budgets, and strive for a 5-star survey rating. The position requires strong leadership, post-acute care experience, and the ability to balance care with business goals.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Experience in the Post-Acute Care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cognitive skills including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on center needs.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator:
