AVIR Health Group seeks a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to lead a Texas long-term care facility with a focus on resident and family well-being. You will oversee operations, build a high-performing team, and cultivate a respectful, supportive culture.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, a state LNHA license, and at least two years of LTC administrative experience. You’ll partner with corporate support to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
• Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.
