The ideal candidate holds a state LNFA license, a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field, and at least two years of administrator experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
• Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.
