Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for our Specialized Residential Home in Boscawen, NH.

The program supports adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI/SPMI) in a structured, home-like setting and integrates clinical nursing and peer support services. The role involves providing fundamental living skills, monitoring vitals, and assisting with intake and discharge under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Meet regulatory requirements for LNA within NH LNA scope of practice.
• Two years of clinical or ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Current NH LNA license and BLS certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental living skills to participants and assist with medical treatments within NH LNA scope.
• Assess and document vital signs (height/weight) and report abnormal findings to RN or provider.
• Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures as directed by RN or Medical Provider.

NFI North is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA’s) for our Specialized Residential Home in Boscawen NH. This new program will augment our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent home-like living.

Responsibilities: Provide fundamental living skills to participants, to include medical treatment under the NH LNA scope of practice. Assess and documents patient vital signs including height and weight, and reports all abnormal findings to the RN and/or provider. Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures as directed by the RN or Medical Provider.

Qualifications: Meet all regulatory compliance requirements for LNA, performing clinical nursing procedures and functions within the New Hampshire (NH) LNA Scope of Practice. High School Diploma and valid NH Nursing Assistance License (LNA) and current BLS certificate preferred. Two years experience in clinical setting and primary care/ambulatory setting preferred.
