Southern New Hampshire Health System is seeking Clinical Assistants (LNAs) for the Medical/Surgical/ICU Float Pool in Nashua, NH. You will provide patient care, support in multiple departments, and help with patient flow across high-acuity units.

Completed LNA program with NH licensure and EMR familiarity are preferred. Positions include evenings, 32 hours per week, with weekend rotations, within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Completed LNA program and NH licensure.
• Basic medical terminology proficiency required.
• EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and direct patient care.
• Maintain a safe patient care environment and coordinate care.
• Prepare and maintain patient records with required data elements.
