Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a full-time day shift (6:30am–3:00pm) in the Endoscopy unit. You will support patient care, assist with ADLs, and help maintain accurate records as part of the Patient Care Services team.

• Full Time - 40 Hours per week
• 6:30am -3:00pm

Who We Are:

As a part of SNHMC Surgical Services, the Endoscopy unit has multiple procedure rooms where staff perform between 12-28 outpatient (80%) and inpatient (20%) procedures per day. Procedures include GI, pulmonology, and outpatient bone marrow biopsies, with most patients receiving anesthesia. The team works flexible shifts and takes call shifts to provide care on an emergent basis to our community.

About the Job:

Clinical Assistants (LNAs) are a combination of Health Unit Coordinators and Licensed Nursing Assistants. As a member of the Patient Care Services team, Clinical Assistants support in patient care and coordinate administrative functions of assigned patient care areas and facilitate patient flow throughout the department.

What You'll Do:

• ADL's and patient care assistance
• Maintain a safe patient care environment

• Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated

Who You Are:

• Completed LNA program & active licensure in the state of NH
• Basic medical terminology.
