Job summary

The Center for Living & Rehabilitation in Bennington, Vermont, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our long-term care team. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support treatment plans.

You will document care, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, maintain confidentiality, and help create a safe, respectful environment.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to provide basic nursing care to our residents. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to licensed staff
• Assisting with medication administration and treatment plans
