• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition to charge nurse or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.
