Job summary

Belle is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time position specializing in senior therapeutic foot care. In this role, you will help seniors maintain their health and independence through in-home visits, utilizing your Nail Technician License to provide critical foot care.

This position requires frequent travel within your local region, working typically Monday through Friday. Benefits include competitive salary, bonuses, travel reimbursements, and flexible work environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology's Nail Technician Licensure required.
• Valid Driver's License and adequate car insurance are necessary.
• Must maintain reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and handle documents for extended periods.

Responsibilities

About This Role

Tired of the salon environment? Use your license to make a real impact—helping seniors stay safe, healthy, and independent in their own homes.

This is a full-time position with a variable schedule, typically Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required. This role requires frequent daily travel within your local region.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot case, prioritizing lower extremity health and safety
• Adhere to Belle protocols to guarantee a hygienic service, minimizing the risk of infection
• Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle's mobile application during each service to elevate clinical concerns and observations
• Build a positive rapport with members, fostering trust to effectively convey foot care education and promote enduring foot health
• Keep accurate member records, ensuring HIPAA compliance and effective communication with Belle's administrative team
• Ensure punctuality for all appointments through consistent good attendance and proper automobile maintenance
• Update job knowledge by participating in Belle-provided continuing educational opportunities
• Promote and assist with booking future appointments for members prior to ending the appointment
• Work within the scope of the Community Health Worker role

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology's and/or state required Nail Technician Licensure (based on role location)
• May not be debarred or excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, FEHBP or any other federal or state government programs
• Valid Driver's License and adequate car insurance are required
• Must maintain reliable transportation
• Basic mobile device skills
• Complete and pass required credential checks (based on state location), including a background check and drug test
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents and phone/tablet, and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basis
