Job summary

Tricoci in the Chicago area is hiring Nail Technicians at all levels to elevate their craft, grow clientele, and thrive in a luxury salon environment. You’ll participate in a structured training program designed to strengthen technique, speed, and guest experience while building long-term client relationships.

Schedule & Availability

We’re looking for team members with flexibility to work approximately 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours.

This role requires full commitment to our structured training program, designed to strengthen your technical skills, service execution, speed, and guest experience. Training takes place during weekday daytime hours and is a key part of onboarding and long-term success at Tricoci.

• $15–$16.20/hour base pay plus commission opportunities exceeding 50%
