Job summary

PS Salon & Spa in California is seeking a passionate Nail Technician/Manicurist to join our team. This part-time role offers 2 days per week with 6-8 hour shifts and no mandatory evenings or weekends. You’ll earn $18.00 per hour plus a 20% incentive commission, with W-2 employment status and health benefits available.

You will join a mission-driven team serving senior clients across 1,500 nationwide locations, delivering manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and more to help clients feel their best.

The Role

As a PS Pro, you’ll deliver high-quality salon and spa services while creating uplifting experiences for our senior clients. Each day, you’ll use your artistry and skill to enhance beauty, boost confidence, and form lasting connections.

Schedule & Requirements

• Active, valid Nail Technician / Manicurist license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of identity & eligibility to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Part-time: 2 days per week
• 6-8-hour shifts Evening/weekend hours available upon request

• $18.00 an hour, plus a 20% incentive commission
• Average earnings in this state are equivalent to 50% of service revenue: Compensation is paid as an hourly rate, plus an incentive commission divided by total hours worked, per pay period.
