The role requires a current State Cosmetology License, passion for guest service, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Overview:

The Nail Technician provides quality, professional services to guests and uses professional skills to meet each guest's individual needs. Ability to prescribe the appropriate regimen of nail products and services for each guest.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests that helps them rest, relax, and regain balance and harmony in their lives.
• Begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure that the correct procedures for all treatments are always followed.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are fully stocked in your treatment room day to day.
• Responsible for setting up the nail stations and pedicure thrones according to procedures and disposing of laundry on a timely basis.
• Ensure all inventory levels are accurate so that you are prepared for your day
• Relay the product and service benefits to clients with confidence.
• Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current State Cosmetology License.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Must meet appearance standards and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
• Must possess the ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations. Ability to always maintain a positive and professional demeanor and composure.
