Job summary

Lena Rose Beauty in Chicago's Lincoln Square is seeking a licensed nail technician for part-time weekend work. We are a W-2, non-tipping spa with a clean-beauty focus.

You will perform manicures and pedicures, including GelX and Russian techniques, and provide nail-health consultations while maintaining sanitation to state standards. The role requires Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday availability, a current Illinois license, punctuality, and adherence to Lena Rose standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Illinois Nail Technician license.
• Available every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Clean, consistent technique including cuticle care and gel/structured applications.
• Open to feedback and to following Lena Rose standards.
• W-2, non-tipping pay model with pay growth with tenure and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures and pedicures including GelX and Russian techniques per protocols.
• Provide nail-health consultations and proper cuticle care.
• Maintain sanitation to Illinois state board standards; reset station to Lena Rose Standard.
• Recommend products per guest (min one, goal two) and rebook at checkout.
