Job summary

MiniLuxe in Cranston, RI is seeking a Nail Designer / Manicurist to deliver high-quality manicures and pedicures in a fast-paced studio. A state license and 2+ years of experience are required, with flexibility to work across multiple studios or events as needed.

You will uphold hygiene standards, educate clients on services and products, and contribute to a clean, ethical beauty environment while collaborating with a creative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active nail technician, manicurist, or cosmetology license required by the state where services are performed.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in nail design/manicuring.
• Ability to work across multiple MiniLuxe studios and/or at off-premise events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manicure and pedicure services reflecting MiniLuxe’s clean, ethical, and premium standards.
• Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and cleanliness per brand guidelines.
• Educate clients on premium services, products, and retail offerings.
• Represent the MiniLuxe brand positively to clients and team members.
