Ellie Mental Health in Columbus, GA is seeking licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to expand access to care. You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, including telehealth, with a diverse client population.

We support clinician wellness with flexible scheduling, ongoing professional development, and full administrative support. Candidates with LMFT or AMFT licensure in Georgia are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling or related field from an accredited program
• Active Georgia LMFT or AMFT licensure
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant is a plus
• Insurance credentialing experience is preferred
• Ability to complete required background screening
• A good sense of humor is a plus

Responsabilités

• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, case managers, and community supports as needed
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
• Use creative interventions to help clients make meaningful progress
