Job summary

Lifestance in Carmel, IN is seeking licensed therapists who are dedicated to providing excellent patient care. This role offers flexibility with schedules and a competitive compensation package ranging from $84,000 to $107,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus.

The position is entirely outpatient with hybrid options for telemedicine and in-person care. We're committed to creating an inclusive work environment and are looking for candidates who are fully licensed in the State of Indiana and experienced in working with both adult and adolescent populations.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed as an LMHC in the State of Indiana.
• Experience working with various demographics, including adults and children.
