Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Counseling, Social Work, or related field from an accredited program required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups across care settings.
• Conducts initial evaluations and provides short-term and ongoing treatment.
• Maintains accurate, timely, and complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Develops and manages schedules to support patient care and clinic operations.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Provides education, presentations, and clinical supervision as appropriate.
