Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to provide high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. This 1099 contractor role offers 100% remote work, flexible scheduling, and steady referrals to support private practice growth.

Clinicians deliver CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults, with strong clinical support, billing and credentialing handled for you, enabling meaningful work on your terms.

Formación

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is required.
• 2+ years of experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy preferred.
• Able to commit to minimum 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

About the Role

We are hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Therapists also have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

What You’ll Do

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions

Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed

Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments

Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work

2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults

Experience with telehealth or online therapy

Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions

Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery

Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days

Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred
