This position offers a starting base salary of $72,000, with the potential to earn up to $110,000. Therapists will provide psychotherapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while enjoying benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and 4 weeks PTO. The ideal candidates must hold relevant licenses and have strong clinical skills in evidence-based practices.

Formación

• California licensed with experience in diverse mental health needs.
• Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and DBT.
• Ability to conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete timely electronic documentation along with managing the caseload.
