Job summary

Rula in the United States is expanding its network of licensed clinicians to deliver behavioral health care with complete schedule autonomy and no mandated caseloads.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll focus on delivering high‑quality therapy sessions while Rula handles billing, claims, and the EHR, plus fast credentialing and steady referrals.

This role supports telehealth practice from anywhere in Washington and beyond, with direct support from a real human network.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain session notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Rula for credentialing, billing, and referrals.

About Rula

Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better.

We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)

Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit

Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
